This feedback of 1 rating is to let people know the incident. Actually my lg top load fully automatic washing machine had developed spin problem . Hence as per name I called UC and I was told that connector or sensor not wkg . After changing it , it led to short circuit in the electric panel . I was told that motherboard would be changed . Next day I was told whole electric panel costing around Rs 5000 approx would be changed and after my approval they would place order which should be complied within next day or other . Later I was told item would be arriving by 27 July. But I realised my mistake of taking UC service and called LG only to be surprised when lg engineer checked the machine and asked me had you called UC for repair before him. I have not exaggerated anything but I ll make sure to use only product genuine service henceforth.

Engineer told me some part is not working which needs to be replaced and the cost of the product was 1700/-. Today I get this checked to a local repairman. He saw the issue. There was one connecting pipe got disconnected, he just connected the pipe and machine is working fine. Your engineer either doesn't have knowledge about the product and he was trying to loot. Very unhappy with the service
