My washing machine’s spin cycle had not been working for the past two days. I called a technician from a nearby repair shop, and after checking the machine, he told me that the gearbox was damaged and that the repair would cost around ₹6,000. However, I wasn’t satisfied with the diagnosis, so I booked a washing machine check-up through Urban Company. The engineer arrived and thoroughly checked the machine. He found that some clothes had got stuck inside, which was causing the problem. There was actually no major fault with the washing machine. Thank you, Urban Company, for the honest and professional service. I’m very satisfied with the experience.
