Mechanic told me that PCB is faulty and need to repair and shared estimate which I rejected. Just after his leaving I restarted spin function and machine started functiong properly. This shows that either he is trying to chet me for faulty PCB or he doesn't know work.

Nothing done any work just said replace the machine, it is my second bad experience just paying money to hear replacing the machine. It could have checked properly at least do something. Just heard our complain "noise' problem. Just technician came said replace it. And gone. Non sense service. Without service I paid just for visiting my house. He was too talkative, instead of solving problem advise us to replace it. UC is going down very fast because there are more site are also giving such better service, secondly most of your technician give his own number to earn personal call to give service privately in a cheaper rate. UC is going down very fast. Without service customer feel cheated by paying only to visit home. Not happy with UC service.
