Very Bad Service & Unreasonably High Charges I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Urban Company. After paying the visit charges, the technician hardly inspected the washing machine and immediately suggested replacing the motor and gearbox for around ₹4,000. No proper diagnosis or repair attempt was made. When I offered to purchase the required parts myself and asked him only to remove and install them, I was quoted ₹800 only for fitting/removing, which is completely unreasonable. The entire experience felt overpriced, unsatisfactory and lacking transparency. This is certainly not the level of service I expected from Urban Company. I would strongly recommend that Urban Company review such pricing and technician practices.

I had a training issue with my washing machine, so I booked a service visit and called your employee, Sanovi. He visited my home and inspected the washing machine. After checking it, he informed me that the motor was faulty and would need to be replaced. He also told me that he would keep the service request on hold and that, within a week, I could contact him directly if I wanted him to visit again, without having to pay any additional booking charges. However, he marked the service request as completed even though my washing machine issue has not been resolved yet. I am disappointed that the service request was closed without fixing the problem. I request you to reopen my complaint and arrange for the issue to be resolved as soon as possible, without any additional booking charges, as promised by your employee.
