It’s not a deep cleaning, more like getting your househelp to do a cleaning job. Did not come with proper vacuum equipment (just small nozzles) however very pleasant and amenable temperament and redid any areas I asked them to.

Team was not trained and the job was not satisfied at all. Didn't look like deep cleaning even a house maid can do better with a little supervision. No need to spend a lot of money on such an untrained team. Will never recommend this team to anyone else. Bathrooms also were not properly cleaned and the team refused to do scrubbing the floors. Exhaust fans were cleaned after several reminders. Have used Urban company in the past too and had a great experience

Improper cleanup overall. Not just post service. They dumped the house cleaning brown water into our kitchen sinks. Didn’t move a thing around until instructed to. Spent 4 hours doing and redoing a 2 hour job
