1. The process started almost a couple of hours late, due to which I couldnt attend a pre scheduled catch up. 2. Balcony wasn’t done properly. There’s still a lot of dust. 3. While cleaning the balcony, a plate errenously got slipped by the cleaner on the below floor’s AC due to which I had to go downstairs. While going, I specifically requested him to clean under the bed again, and by the time I came back, they had already packed the stuff saying it’s done. I checked my room, washroom which was okay. So, I went outside and completed the payment on UC. Then, when I came back and thoroughly checked the almirah, balcony, under the bed - it wasn’t done. And; by the time I went out, they had left. Only Shravan seemed to be working diligently coz he was cleaning the room & washroom which were okay. Overall, Not at all happy with the service.
