Terrible experience. This is complete price gouging and dishonest service. I booked this exact same service previously for a drain issue, and it was resolved with no additional charge. This time, the appliance had the exact same issue. The technician discovered it was just a simple wire connection problem. Despite only fixing a loose wire, he charged me ₹679, claiming it was for "cleaning the drain valve." Absolutely no cleaning was done to the valve or the machine. Charging for a service that was never performed is completely unacceptable. What kind of service is this? I expect a customer service representative to contact me immediately to review this charge and issue a refund for the unperformed work.
