If you bought the TruWater Premium Smart Machine and you need only 1 filter change, it will cost you 2500, if you need 2 or 3 it will cost you 3,499 For TruWater Elite, 1 filter change - it will cost you 3200, if you need 2 or 3 it will cost you 4,199

We provide a no questions asked return policy within 7 days of installation of the RO

What are the installation charges and what items are covered in installation?

a. The installation and installation kit is free. b. UC does not cover any electrical or plumbing costs during installation, c. If input pressure exceeds 30 PSI, please install a company provided pressure reducing valve at an additional cost, if pressure is below 10 PSI then you need to install ‘Pressure enhancing pump’ at an additional cost.

I saw urban company water bottle with filter but it was not their, second water coming from outlet is also not smooth and every time it wets filter bottom .. installation partner reels me that it will fix within 2 days if not , then you can raise complaint? 4 star for installation boy because he is cooperative. And also explain filter functioning Fully So that why 4 star not fully satisfied.
