There are a lot of patches of hair left unwaxed. And she used only one strip to my both hands saying that the ac temperature is too low so the new strip won't work. Never heard of this thing before, too many hair left unwaxed

She didn't try to upsell the package and also have me good guidance, was quiete and very professional and nice. But, the manicure and pedicure were done halfheartedly — the massage was not proper.I have had waxing done before, but this time it was so painful that I had to ask her to stop midway. The options of nail paint were very limited. The pedicure machine was faulty (only one pump working).
