I am writing on behalf of yesterday’s filter change on my m1 RO machine. Today morning first work I thought I should give true feedback. In one word the service was very unprofessional. Immediately on opening the machine, First the boy said to pay the amount to him not to the app online directly. 2nd matter, he was silently taking one small filter water flow restrictor 300 from his bag old used one to put it to the machine, I immediately asked why you putting old one, is this company not given? Then he smartly manage like he is finding it in the bag but not getting. I said we should complain this to company why not given, then he immediately saying ok I got that it is in the bag. So I felt something is problem with this guy, his intention was wrong, he said he used to do this filter Change 10 works a day, but not felt like that in his work. But felt more bad on the app working, I was trying again and again on the app working call page for customer support but it was showing error. I was really afraid to give cash of 5000 rs to the guy as his previous intention on work was wrong. He is requesting for the cash, he need to repair his bike and the company will give payment 2-3 days later. Then I said please arrange a call from urban clap officer in my mobile to confirm of cash payment offline. He arranged the call after 25-30 mins call received, officials confirmed then I gave cash payment offline. So the overall work was very unprofessional and not acceptable at all. I am writing this feedback and message for the service man - be professional and don’t be over smart.

The executive was polite and installed a pressure valve which was worth it because of the water pressure. Overall it was a smooth experience with no hassle.
