The service provided was extremely unprofessional. They do not even deserve a single star. A local painter is much better than this urban company. The work was not completed on time; it was supposed to take three days but ended up taking four. Additionally, the three workers we discussed in our meetings never showed up, and after numerous follow-ups, only two people came to work. The contractor also failed to bring a ladder. After two days of following up, he brought a ladder of local painter without informing either me or the painter. Today, the painter came to my house and told me that my contractor was using his ladder. I was upset and angrily shouted on this guy & told that this is company's person they never do this kind of work. When I asked to Ajay about it, he told me that he got the ladder from the parking area. I tried to defend him, but he has damaged my reputation in the neighborhood. I kindly request that strict action be taken against him.
