A ₹249 visiting charge should be deducted from the total labour cost, but the technician charges it as extra. Afterward, you have to go through the hassle of contacting customer care for a refund — a time-consuming and frustrating process.

He is demanding ₹687 instead of ₹288 and has not completed the work. He said it is a plumber’s job. He only changed one pipe and refused to change the second one, saying it should be done by a plumber. He also mentioned that I selected the wrong service and should have chosen plumbing in the application. But if my issue is with the geyser, why should I select plumber instead of geyser service?
