I am writing to formally report an extremely unprofessional experience I had with your service representative. The service technician arrived at 1:00 PM, which was 1.5 hours earlier than the scheduled time of 2:30 PM, without any prior call or consent. At the time, we were having lunch. Despite this, he entered the kitchen and interrupted our cooking, insisting that he only needed a quick check. I had to ask him to leave the kitchen and requested to return at the scheduled slot. However, he refused and stated he would only return late in the evening or the next day. He also demanded the OTP, which I rightly withheld given the situation. The next morning, he returned and gave a verbal estimate of Rs. 1700, with no formal quote through the app. He proceeded to replace some parts, collected cash payment, and left. There is no record of this transaction on the app, which raises concerns about accountability and transparency. This entire experience was highly unprofessional, from the unauthorized early visit and insistence on OTP, to lack of proper billing and documentation. I expect better service standards from your platform.
