After the technician arrives he informs that UC doesn’t install lock on granite frame and we need to call mission worker to get that done. Why is this information not available right at the beginning of the purchase ? Secondly after purchase the original date of installation was assigned 7 days later for which also I had to fight a lot to get the installation preponement
