I booked a chimney service through UrbanClap. Before the technician arrived, my chimney was working perfectly fine. He came and cleaned it thoroughly, but after the service when we tried to start the chimney, it stopped working completely. The technician then said that the capacitor is damaged and needs to be replaced, which would cost ₹800. I agreed, but he came back only after two days. After opening the chimney again, he said that he would have to take it with him to replace the capacitor, and also mentioned that the motor might be damaged too. I don’t understand why UrbanClap hires such unprofessional technicians. Because of this, I now have to spend extra money on repairs for something that was working fine before the service. Very bad service by UrbanClap.
