The technician for my Native M0 water purifier installation was very unprofessional. Severe delay and poor communication: Booking was for 4:00 PM. He called to say he couldn't come at 4 PM and would only be available after 5:30 PM. I had no choice but to agree. He didn't pick up my multiple calls at 4 PM, arrived at 6:00 PM (2 hours late), without any apology. Rushed and careless installation: He seemed in a hurry, didn't explain properly, and rushed through the job. Faulty installation: The purifier is now leaking a lot (from fittings/connections), causing water wastage and a mess. This shows poor workmanship and connections weren't tightened or sealed properly. The product purifies well (output TDS 15 ppm), but the service was disappointing. Please send a competent technician ASAP for a free fix/revisit, as installation issues are covered under policy.

We received the product of 20th and the same day our old machine was taken. The UC rep came to install the new machine after 5 days so we were without any water purifier for 5 days which was really bad. The installation time should be reduced to 24hrs after delivery of new machine
