What is the maximum TDS for which the Native by UC Water Purifier will work?
Our water purifier is designed to work effectively in all urban areas. Based on our understanding of TDS levels in urban settings, it performs optimally for TDS levels up to 2500 ppm. For areas where the TDS exceeds 2500 ppm, the membrane's lifespan may decrease. Therefore, we do not recommend using Native Water Purifiers for TDS levels above 2500 ppm.
Does the Native M1 Water Purifier require a power supply to dispense water?
Yes, an active power supply is required for the purifier to dispense water. To avoid disruptions during power cuts you can purchase the Native UPS as an additional accessory while ordering the M1.
What is included with the Native RO Water Purifier?
Included in the box: • 1 x Water purifier • 1x Installation kit • 1x External sediment filter With your purchase, you'll also get: • Free delivery • Free installation • A 2-year no questions asked warranty Not included: • Booster pump • Pressure-reducing valve If needed, these additional items can be purchased separately.
What is covered under the 2-year no questions asked warranty?
Our warranty is one of a kind and not offered by any other brand in the market. It covers: • All filter, membrane, and electrical part costs for 2 years in case of defect. • Any service or visit costs for the first 2 years.
What are the installation charges, and what items are covered during installation?
Installation and the installation kit are free of charge. However, UC does not cover any electrical or plumbing costs incurred during installation. • If the input pressure exceeds 30 PSI, a company-provided pressure reducing valve is required at an additional cost of ₹250. • If the input pressure is below 10 PSI, a pressure enhancing kit can be purchased at an additional cost of ₹500.

1. Ensure you have a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi connection. 2. At the time of connecting the purifier to IoT, ensure the distance between your smartphone and the purifier is less than 5 meters.
