The problem/issue wasn't fixed permanentaly & just adjusted for temporary use. The guy came just checked from outside(without even trying to open the motor of the cooler), changed the capacitor as according to him it was causing the issue. If that was the case then by changing the capacitor the problem should have been fixed permanentaly, but he himself admitted that it's a temporary fix only. I was charged for the capacitor with extra money. After all this he sprayed WD-40 from outside only, I mean even I tried more than thix to check from myself a day earlier. I don't understand even after paying full money why no one wants to work for that money.
