Very unprofessional. He was not open to any kind of advice/ suggestion for repairing. I even showed him a you tube video as to how salt deposits on the geyser rod can be removed manually before going for the Acid. He insisted on using the acid which could possibly damage the rod or weaken it costing an additional 900 rs. He simply refused to take a good suggestion and said cancel the service on the app from your side. I dont want to repair the geyser.

Service was ok, however he did not clean the mess created due to geyser service. The bucket kept in the washroom was all full of waste which he had removed from the geyser. The outer geyser tank had dirty stains. Urban company should come up with better ways to verify the work. We pay a higher price to save our time so that we don't have to clean the mess But here I paid 673 and worked like anything after the service to clear all the mess.

He came and provided an estimate and I declined so he closed with labour charges extra than visit so it costs me around 650 without repair. * Customer support refunded that extra charged amount.
