Some parts of tiles were cleaned but not washed well & even the cabinet for storing things was left uncleaned. Apart from this, when i had booked first & cancelled my 1st booking, the previous staff who came misguided me & said sir you shld opt for intense cleaning & not the classic one & so i cancelled my 1st booking & booked back again... When Soumya came, he said intense cleaning is not required at all. You could have gone with the classic cleaning only. So, i wasnt able to cancel again because of the cancellation charges. Soumya didn't even use the scrub machine for floor tiles as he said it wasn't required at all as the floor tiles may get damaged. So i payed for intense cleaning but got a classic cleaning in return. I payed extra for your 1st staff's fault. I think you're staffs require more training for not repeating this with someone else again !!! Thank you.
