Issues faced during the service: 1. The professional was very unprofessional in behavior and attitude. 2. He did not carry any cleaning equipment with him. 3. He did not even ask for equipment or cleaning materials if he didn’t have them. 4. He was using his hands and a scrubber to clean the toilet pot, which is both unprofessional and unhygienic. 5. He did not carry a toilet brush or use proper tools for cleaning. 6. Wall tiles were not cleaned properly. 7. Geyser cleaning was completely ignored. 8. He did not have any proper scrubber for cleaning surfaces. 9. Shower was not cleaned at all. 10. No floor mopping was done after cleaning. 11. He did not use enough cleaner and was not cleaning with water properly. 12. Mirror and bathroom accessories were not cleaned. 13. Even after repeated reminders and instructions, he was not listening or improving his work. 14. Overall, the service quality was extremely poor and unsatisfactory. Request: Kindly look into this matter and take appropriate action. I request either a refund or a re-service by a trained and properly equipped professional.
