He hurried through the service. He dirtied and blocked the washroom. Left it completely wet and our drainage is blocked. Absolutely not satisfied we need this to be fixed. He also was on his phone. He was very rude and was a person who was absolutely not experienced. We asked him to clean the brush after using it, since its been left dirty. He refused to do it saying it isn't part of the service. Instead of disposing the waste, he tried to flush it through our sink and he left it clogged. Left it dirty. We had to give him step by step instructions on what needed to be done. The water spilled out from the bathroom to the bedroom because of him and we had to do the cleaning. Utterly disappointed i would request a refund on this service.

Inspite of telling the executive he dint clean the windows and wall tiles... Without even a try he told it will not go.. only floor cleaning was done that too without proper scrubbing .. mirrors had water marks on it after cleaning .. simply gives nonsense reasons for not completing the work properly....

In an earlier service, Pranjal had broken the bolts on which my flush tank was resting. I let it go and got it fixed. This time he has broken the holder for the spray gun. I don't want his services ever again.
