They haven't done properly. I had booked slot at 6:16pm. He called and said he isn't available for 6:15pm. But came at 4:30pm itself. They used some local random cleaning liquid, stains are as it is. They were very rude, aggressive and not at all interested to clean. All the while were talking on phone. Usually post cleaning anybody would say to check, these guys didn't even say to recheck. But we did, asked to clean taps, washbasin, tiles properly still they didn't, as they had personally taken bathroom clean services. Urban company we people keep booking looking at your brand promises But your cleaning professionals are not at all grade better. Next time I avoid booking in urban company. Whoever reads this message pls cancel if these guys take the booking. They say they cleaned 9bathrooms sofar and still have 5more to do. Such tasks shouldn't tamper the app booking services.

2 bathrooms he cleaned properly …but the 3rd bathroom …he din clean properly …In a hurry he left all stains , dust in the window n very poor cleaning near the drain in the washroom

He did his job perfectly, and cleaned everything very nicely.. and was very polite and professional. I would like to book him only next time..liked his work.
