He damaged the tap and broke it. There was other work to be done. I asked him not to do it. His not professional. And also denied that he damaged it. Very slow and not enthusiastic person. Feels like he was doing it for the sake of it and hence spoiled it to worse. The filer and the tap is broken hence the water flow is extreme.
