The plumber Nirakar Panda arrived late. I just said you were late, he immediately pounced on me saying "so what the traffic is there and you should understand at least that much.." I had just casually told him he was late.. Anyway on the service, there was a leakage in the flat below mine, I showed the technician the issue by taking him to physically inspect the pipe inthe flat below. He said we will need to remove the blockage from my flat's drain. He then proceeded to tell me he will need to use caustic soda and acid which I started to get and he stopped me saying he has the items (still didn't tell me he is going to charge extra for it) after the work was over he slapped a ₹300 extra charge on me and I had to waste over 45 mins going back and forth on calls with UC but ultimately no concern shown at all by Adrika from UC. I had to pay the entire amount. Now the worst part, when we went to check the leakage in the flat below, it is still there as it was so the issue didn't get resolved at all. Now the technician said this is due to a different issue with the pipe below. If that was the case he should have told me before so I wouldn't have had to spend on the rather exorbitant service that wasn't needed in the first place. When I told him he should have been clear in his communication, he started telling me how it is not his fault at all and started arguing. I just asked him to leave without saying a word! All in all super disappointed in the technician as well as UC.. awful service all around

Was told that a good quality faucet ( priced around 800- CERA) would be used but instead a cheap quality one priced ( 150- 350 - OMSON 1meter) was used and charged 780 . I realised after the work was done and the plumber left

For the first time I had experience worst experience with urban company. Just replace tap plumber charged me 588 and spares extra. Worst experience.
