Even though I had already paid, the plumber added some random charges like visitation fee, taxes and fees and custom charge. When I asked him why did he add all this? His response was because I came here and I want money for petrol. I had already paid 309, asked me to pay 220 more. What's the point of pre paying the amount when your professional is charging some random amounts. He didn't remove the charges and didn't leave until I paid him. Horrible experience. Would never never recommend getting a plumber from Urban Company
