The second visit targets eggs which may hatch later, hidden cockroaches and new cockroach-babies. Killing them via a 2nd visit enhances the effect of the service, even if the problem is eliminated after the 1st visit
Will the professional place back the utensils in my kitchen?
No, the customer needs to wait 1-2 hours till the chemical is dry to place back the utensils. The professional will not place back the utensils even if the add-on is bought
What safety precautions are needed?
The customer should not touch any sprayed surfaces till they are dry. Once chemical dries, do not wash the surface with water and soap, only a dry cloth
What will the second visit include?
Application of a semi-solid gel in all/infested areas of the house
Is the service safe for children and pest?
Yes, it is safe. However, it is advisable to keep children and pets away from sprayed surfaces till they are dry and keep an eye on them so they do not lick the surfaces later
What will the first visit include?

We felt that the chemical spray was being preserved. Usually it's 1 full can for 1.room. He used the entire 1 can in 1.kitchen 2.bathrooms. And the bathrooms have barely any chemicals

The professional did not give notice in advance to empty the entire kitchen & washroom. He called 30 mins before to inform this. He was then rushing us & not explaining stuff. Absolutely disappointing

I am still seeing around 30 cockroaches in the kitchen even after 12 hours of service. Earlier only kitchen was affected by cockroaches but after the service they ran and came in the hall. The floor of the kitchen should also had pest so that atleast they dont run in the floor freely and go anywhere else. My last service in july with another professional was good atleast this issue was not there.
