All fine professional except this is the second time I booked. The first time the guy refused to service claiming the booking was for a stove not a hob while ur app was still taking booking for stove only. This niggles need attention

The workmanship is good; however, the product pricing is quite high. I am not satisfied with the pricing, as I was charged for 1.5 meters of gas pipe even though only 0.5 meter was used. Additionally, the support provided by Urban Company was disappointing. I opted for a video call through the app, which stated that I would receive a call within 5 minutes. However, no one from the support team joined or contacted me, which was frustrating and disappointing. After Raising ticket to help desk they helped me for Refund,thanks for UC .
