Pushed for 730 Rs extra for simple knob replacement, but then agreed to repair existing one when requested. Also did the repair work before quoting and agreeing upon the price. Ideally he is supposed to record pre repair and post repair video, but he recorded both videos after repair. He should have told the repair price before doing the work so both have agreed on it. After repair, we had no option but to pay, whatever price was quoted. Also he asked me to open the app in front on him even after making the payment, and then looked at my screen while I was rating him. Indirectly, forcing me to give 5 stars.
