When he came for the visit, he installed a spare part he was carrying without asking or showing it to me. When I asked him to take it out and procure a new one because this one had no packaging, no date, nothing, he told me to source it myself and he’ll install it. Another issue cropped up post his service that did not exist before. He flat-out refused to come even though a revisit was scheduled. Called up UC after this and the resolution was quick and satisfactory. I’ll be booking another technician to fix the new issue caused after the fix.
