The professional had no knowledge of electronics. He mentioned the motor was not working, but after two minutes of usage, it started working, possibly he was looking to extract money. Additionally, the water started flowing outside after servicing for he mentioned the outlet is loose after he left. I personally just screwed the outlet tightly, and the water stopped flowing outside.
