I booked an air cooler service as it needed to be deep cleaned. It was working find but post service it began leaking heavily and also, the post-service clean-up was not done properly when the professional was questioned about it, he said that “clean up is not supposed to be our work as per the company but still I did it for you”. He obliged and immediately did the clean up once I pointed out, but it would be great if such things are included clearly in the training process.however, the professional was extremely polite and well mannered throughout.
