Shobhna arrived one hour late to deliver her services. Also the head massage oil was not the one as promised in the menu of services in the app. She just applied the basic parachute coconut oil. Also the massage was not worth because maybe she was in a hurry to leave. My expectations with manicure and pedicure were also more with urban clap. Massage time for manicure pedicure was also too less comparatively. Threading and waxing was good. However she carried a gel based wax which she pitched me and I tried it for which she charged me ₹500/- extra over and above the money that I already paid online. I would rate her service 3/5 because I think it could have been better.
