Dear Urban Cleaning Team, I would like to express my disappointment with the cleaning service provided today, as the overall standard was unsatisfactory and did not meet my expectations. Firstly, the cleaner arrived approximately 3 minutes late. While this was a minor issue, my main concern was the poor quality of cleaning, particularly the toilets, which were not cleaned thoroughly. Before 11 am, the cleaner informed me that she had completed all her assigned tasks. However, upon inspecting her work, I found several areas that had not been cleaned properly. I had to repeatedly check and point out the areas that required further cleaning, approximately 3–4 times. This is unacceptable for a professional cleaning service. As a paying customer, I expect the cleaner to carry out her responsibilities properly and independently, without requiring constant supervision or repeated reminders. I should not have to spend my time checking and instructing the cleaner on tasks that should have been completed to a satisfactory standard in the first place. I am particularly disappointed that the cleaner considered her work completed when several areas still required attention. In view of this experience, I would like to formally request that this particular cleaner not be assigned to any of my future bookings. Please ensure that a more competent, responsible and detail-oriented cleaner is assigned instead. I hope Urban Cleaning will take this complaint seriously, review the service provided and take the necessary steps to prevent similar issues in future. I would appreciate your acknowledgement and confirmation of my request. Thank you.

Mimi is wonderful! She is always cheerful, sweet, and pleasant to have around. She works quickly while still being very attentive to detail, remembers instructions well, and completes her tasks thoroughly. I also really appreciate how proactive she is, she doesn’t just wait to be told what to do and takes initiative with the cleaning. I’ll definitely engage her again in future. Highly recommended! Thank you, Mimi! ❤️

Arrived on time!! All satisfied except for the making of bed, mine is a king size so can understood that it’s pretty heavy for her petite size. Overall would like her to visit again.
