I have booked for recurring premium helper services.. I expected to be sent someone who is more thorough with the job and with better ratings. She was punctual and polite but cleaning was not as thorough as expected. I had to instruct her to redo some work. I have booked your ‘regular’ lower priced services before and was not happy with the cleaners you sent. So this time I booked the higher priced service hoping for better helpers. It seems like you rotate the same pool of cleaners and charge extra anyways! Disappointed!
