Very satisfied. The work was done really nicely, with a lot of detailing. We are very happy with the services. The house looks really clean, fresh and all surfaces, windows are shining. Staff was really polite and patiently listened to all our queries. Thank you

Lead Servicing partner(Ganesh) was very polite, skillful and supportive, however accompanied service partners were not very skillful and willing for their job. Ability of assistant partners to perform the chores need to be improved and very importantly, age and health of the service partners should be monitored before every service. Few areas remain uncovered due to this factor and want Urban Company to check if it can be addressed separately for my service. Though the lead partner performed well, the overall experience scored low due to above mentioned factors.

Items in kitchen bedroom not kept back .after informing the team they did it. Didnt carry garbage bags. Masks, gloves .the chemical that is used is harsh and has a strong smell. But team esp Sonu was very thorough with his cleaning . I recommend him.
