The professional took the geyser to change some gaskets as it was leaking. He was supposed to deliver it after fixing it in a day. It's been three days, service is closed and my geyser was not delivered

I paid UC 349 for geyser service. It was just simple problem water flow was less. Partner inspected and told need to replace inlet valve and gave me another bills 249. He also charged additional 160 for valve. I didn't understand how this is charged. It paid total 800 without knowing right cost and breakup. IMO there were debris which requires simple cleaning. 349 service should have covered it. I felt cheated.

Service person was finding difficult to lift Geyser. Technician was unhealthy (bulky) and hence finding it difficult to lift Geyser.
