UC app is not customer friendly, nobody attains phone. SMS also not available when needed. No concern is shown towards customer, all weightage towards professionals only. Work not done satisfactorily till today.

Amazing service! , all the urban company helper were really nice and kind , good efforts were made throughtout the process of cleaning. Not a single speck of dust can be seen. Bathroom , kitchen , bedroom was cleaned very meticulously. All the rooms seem spotless. Must try for diwali cleaning 👍

Gave 1 because there is no option for 0 rating. Asked us to move everything for making him to clean a space. Denying small things by telling us that it’s company’s policy not to do things so when we asked for the list of policies that company has he was unanswerable. Work was not upto mark. Made a mess of the floor. It was far more better than before. Was in a hurry as he had some other home for cleaning. We had previously booked a bathroom cleaning from Urban club which was extraordinary but compared today it was very disheartening. I was so traumatised by today’s experience that I have lost faith in urban company’s service.

Please train them properly. Didn’t clean properly. N. First they wanted to skip tile cleaning. Reason. They told me that it’s marble. They completely left two major kitchen cabinets. As I hv paid for the kitchen cabinets separately. Very shabby work. Each time I hv to show them everything. To clean. N. After all that they insisted on giving 5 star ratings. N. Half of time they were on phone. First time very much disappointed As this was my 5 th time cleaning service from urban company. I hv to clean again as they left everything shabby
