First of all he arrived one hour before booked time slot that too without informing. He asked me replace the tap which even checking the tap. Then started showing a tap he brought with himself - started asking me to install the tap he brought. I denied buying his tap and went to shop and bought a new tap by myself as he asking twice the price. He replaced the old tap with new one and then he very Smartly STOLE my old tap- my old tap was a very heavy atleast 5-7 kg brass tap. He left in hurry, i couldn't understand at that time but as soon as he left i started looking for my old tap as it was my owners tap. Now I need to pay such a hefty amount to my owner. Who is responsible for my loss.

Plumber was very polite. He didn’t even make a call to get to my place. When he realised that I didn’t had the equipment which needs replacement l, he immediately offered help. He was very quick and his work was clean. I will be more than happy to promote his service for others and for myself too.

The plumber was unable to find the root cause of leakage and also he pointed out wrong assumption of underlying pipelines material used. Also he did not check properly all tiles of bathroom. Overall he has less knowledge about plumbing.
