The help never showed, the counter started automatically without even the help entering the OTP, when called the help, says that they don't have any information of my booking and they have already started the work somewhere else. There is no support. The ai bot has no resolution just keeps repeating the same thing. I have not received any resolution for my issues as of now.

Untrained, entitled, immature and requires a ton of babysitting while doing her doing. Kept interrupting me during my meeting with very menial immature questions. Not a good fit as helper.
