What will the second visit include?

Application of a semi-solid gel in all/infested areas of the house

Is the service safe for children and pest?

Yes, it is safe. However, it is advisable to keep children and pets away from sprayed surfaces till they are dry and keep an eye on them so they do not lick the surfaces later

What safety precautions are needed?

The customer should not touch any sprayed surfaces till they are dry. Once chemical dries, do not wash the surface with water and soap, only a dry cloth

Why do I need the second visit?

The second visit targets eggs which may hatch later, hidden cockroaches and new cockroach-babies. Killing them via a 2nd visit enhances the effect of the service, even if the problem is eliminated after the 1st visit

What will the first visit include?

Spraying of a diluted liquid chemical in all/infested areas of the house

Will I have to empty the kitchen before the visit?

Yes, customers need to empty the kitchen before the 1st visit. You can also choose it as an additional service while making the booking if you wish the professional does so.

Will the professional place back the utensils in my kitchen?

No, the customer needs to wait 1-2 hours till the chemical is dry to place back the utensils. The professional will not place back the utensils even if the add-on is bought

The service paid was from 8 a.m to 09 30 a.m the app.mentioned was for 1.5 hours.He started service at 08.00 a.m left the service at 09.00 a.m stating he had another job.He did not even brief the customer what is to be done next.He say do the next booking right now because he wants to rush for another job.He also did not do the bathroom pest control properly left the corners of the bathroom when I have already paid for the service.He was in a hurry not doing the job properly rushing for the next service.When he has not completed the task and briefed the customer how can he leave the kitchen and bathroom.He is trying to cover up by saying i havent left the flat.very rude unprofessional partner behaviour.kindly look into this please dont send au h partners at my residence.
