Didn’t use after shave, used oil only after I specifically asked him to for head massage. Didn’t end the service immediately once it was done and forced me to pay in cash. Felt very unprofessional and wasn’t expecting this from Urban Company as I was trying it for the first time. Definitely not using this service again.
