The process written in App and the actual done were opposite. Massage has to come first and followed by mask. But in actual mask came first followed by massage. I explained the person the same and he told the training given to them is massage is the final step. He also completed the while thing in 1 hr 5 min though the time mention is 1 hr 20 min. There is lot of scope for improvement. The procedure to be done as per mentioned in app. I had expected much better service.
