Very disappointing service experience. The technician kept saying that the Bajaj geyser was very old, completely damaged, and that the reset button was faulty, claiming parts would need to be replaced for around ₹800. He said all this without properly checking the geyser. I did not proceed with the repair and still had to pay the service charge. The very next day, I called a local electrician, who fixed it within 2 minutes. He said it was a branded Bajaj geyser and there was only a minor short-circuit issue—the button simply needed to be fixed. No parts needed to be replaced. It honestly felt like the technician was just trying to charge extra by giving unnecessary reasons. Very unprofessional and extremely poor service. Not recommended at all

The technician was late by 35 mins. For rectifying the fault with my geyser, When I told him to just activate the reset button on geyser, he went on making all confusing technical claims about thermostat not working, but eventually it turned out that it required activating reset button on inner body of geyser..for just pushing the button.. the technician charged Rs. 349/- extra from me apart from original payment made of Rs. 288/-. In short UC earned Rs 637/- for pushing a single reset button. Also, technician did not have spare LED indicator to replace. Also, the technician was rudely demanded extra bill money and demanded that I should give him good 5 star rating only then and there itself
