Changed the battery and made the geyser work temporarily. I told him there is some other issue please check it once, he refused and left in 5 mins without checking anything. Now my geyser is not working even with the new battery.

Very disappointing service experience. The technician kept saying that the Bajaj geyser was very old, completely damaged, and that the reset button was faulty, claiming parts would need to be replaced for around ₹800. He said all this without properly checking the geyser. I did not proceed with the repair and still had to pay the service charge. The very next day, I called a local electrician, who fixed it within 2 minutes. He said it was a branded Bajaj geyser and there was only a minor short-circuit issue—the button simply needed to be fixed. No parts needed to be replaced. It honestly felt like the technician was just trying to charge extra by giving unnecessary reasons. Very unprofessional and extremely poor service. Not recommended at all

The price of the Thermostat Branded is more compared to the actual market, also UC is charging too much separately for the service charges and taxes as well.
