Service is very very poor. He arrived 3 hours late at 2pm. He didn’t not inform us also for coming late. He didn’t come for pre inspection. He installed geyser with longer pipes, misaligned geyser, and didn’t install the valve for the geyser. He did not clean the area after the installation. Rude behaviour by the service man with my elderly parents. Urban company please refund my money, this is absolute poor quality from your serviceman.

Arrived three hours late. Since we went out for lunch, he confirmed the job was done within 90 min of arrival. Can one attend two geysers removal, dismantling, cleaning, assembling and refitting within those 90 min.? I strongly suspect that he did not do the complete job that I paid for. I need my money back.
