1. The technician did not carry the original branded Racold thermostat as expected. 2. Instead, he brought an Elcon thermostat, which is available online for only ₹90–220.but he told u have to pay 800 for elcon thermostat. 3. This raises concerns about authenticity, quality, and transparency of the service.

He came to fix the geyser and the entire house electricity blew up. Had to call an electrician from outside who charged an additional 2000 to fix the issue. All the switchboard have blown up.

My gyser was in working condition i just called them for checking and they damaged my gyser opened all the parts and now telling me it cannot be repaired they will refund me 250 rs servicw charge for 10k rs gyser
