Was expecting more Transparency. He got slight frustrated when I asked him to show the parts he changed and when I asked him if he used new products because we didnt see any box/cover of the new products used. Felt slight overcharged and he recommended work that I doubt was needed. Although I took the parts he claimed was old and not working properly or was due maintenance, but it doesn’t seem damaged/old to me and il get it checked outside to confirm if he played us or was honest.

The technician said that geyser is not working and needs to be replaced. When we called another electrician, he changed only the switch and the job was done. Please only get qualified people for services. My 250 rupees was a complete waste with incorrect solution
