The person was in a rush since the beginning and was trying to avoid deep cleaning, for every process of the service we had to push him and almost convince him, he had all the excuses to avoid steam cleaning and did not steam clean. Did not dismantle the chimney, so the roof of the chimney was not cleaned at all and the inner/upper part of the chimney is still greasy. At the end of the service there is now a vibrating sound coming from the chimney which wss not there earlier, and he claims that it's happening because now it has been cleaned (this is completely illogical) and he left without fixing this issue.

He was polite.He told me that the hydraulic motor is not working without opening the chimney. He said he is experienced enough to say that it is the hydraulic motor issue. He bought another guy with him, saying that they do take the chimney with them for repair,so that's why he had an extra person just incase he has to take the chimney away. I told him I am not comfortable taking the chimney away for repair.So he told the guy to stand outside.I was hoping he would open the chimney to diagnose the issue,but he said no need to open. I wasn't convinced so i rejected his quotation of 5k. A lot of loopholes UC.
