Rubi was polite and nice as a professional. However, both my mother and I felt that the facials were a lot rushed, with some massage steps not completed before moving on to the next. This made it difficult for us to fully relax and rather stay alert. The removal of facial products was not proper, as the products remained in the hair. There was no leg massage provided by Rubi to either of us. Additionally, the wax felt quite hot at times and no soothing lotion or ointment was applied afterward. I was informed that this was only provided with Rica waxing. We hope these areas can be improved and proper training to be given to the professionals to make the overall experience more comfortable and relaxing before they pay a visit.
